Group Workshops

There’s something deeply healing about creating in a group — being with others who are also learning to listen to themselves in new, gentle ways.
In our art-based therapy workshops, we come together to explore through color, movement, sound, and story. It’s not about being good at art — it’s about giving shape to what you feel, and finding comfort in knowing you’re not alone.
Each person’s process is their own, but we share the space — holding, witnessing, and sometimes quietly saying, “me too.”
These sessions are a soft place to land.
A space to express without judgment, and to reconnect with parts of yourself
that may have been quiet for a while.
Together, we create something honest. And that’s where the shift begins.
